Jeff Bohn, Executive Director Jeff was serving as Music Coordinator at the Annville Church of the Brethren when he organized the youth choir in 1996, which evolved into Shining Light. Jeff graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 1980 with a degree in Music Education. This was followed by several years of teaching private music lessons and playing woodwinds in nightclubs and for a variety of well known artists. He then spent a number of years managing a variety of family businesses but found God calling him to use his previous experiences in music and business in ministry. For the past 8 years, Jeff has served as Executive Director of Shining Light and Co-Pastor of New Song Community Church with his wife Barbara. Jeff lives on a small farm near Annville with his wife and two teenage sons, Austin & Travis, who are also in Shining Light. |

Kelly Enck, Production Director Kelly designs, writes, and directs the Shining Light production. Kelly joined Shining Light as a sophomore at Lebanon Valley College. After participating in Shining Light as a member for three years and graduating with a Music Education degree, she joined the staff in 2000. Kelly was a vocal major at LVC and has participated in many musicals and choruses. She also serves as Programming Director for New Song Community Church. |

Kathy Hackman, Event Coordinator Kathy plans and coordinates all of Shining Light's events. She joined the staff in 2000 and has served as Event Coordinator since then. She also serves as the Children's Ministry Director of New Song Community Church. Kathy graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Music Education and has done a variety of teaching since then. She spent many years living on a dairy farm and has 3 grown children. Her youngest son, Dan, is a key volunteer in Shining Light, who serves as the Lighting Director and Designer and the drummer in the band. |

Jeffrey Arntz, Technical Director Jeff has served in the tech areas (sound, lights, video) of Shining Light since seeing us at his church in 2002. An electrician by vocation, Jeff has served as the tech director at Gravel Hill United Methodist Church for many years. He also has provided sound and other tech support for a variety of area musicians and productions. |
In addition to these key people, Shining Light is also staffed by several other individuals, serving in various support roles, including technical support, stage crew, food preparation, drivers for our trucks, and a nurse.
